Current Operational Systems · Internal operations application · Current production use
I built an internal AI-assisted project operations platform that connects Tradify scheduling data to a clear, high-level delivery view used by a non-technical team.
The problem I addressed
I needed to give our project and scheduling information a clearer operational layer so the team could understand current work, dependencies and delivery status without piecing together separate views.
What I built
- A unified high-level project and scheduling view
- A custom Model Context Protocol integration for Tradify data
- AI-assisted workflows for reviewing live operational information
- A practical interface used in the team's daily project-management process
My role
I designed and built the platform, created the integration layer and introduced it into the team's working process.
Why this matters to me
I use this record to show that I build applications for real internal use, connect them to existing business systems and support adoption beyond the initial implementation.
Decisions I made
- Designed the interface for a non-technical operational team
- Kept the external scheduling integration behind a dedicated protocol layer
- Kept the private production system and its operational data out of the public portfolio
Challenges I handled
- Turning scheduling records into a dependable project-level view
- Making AI-assisted workflows understandable to non-technical users
- Protecting live company, client and scheduling information
System signals
- Current internal use
- Custom MCP integration
- Daily team workflow
- Non-technical users
Technologies used
Current limitations
- The production application is private, so this case file is currently supported by my CV record rather than a public demo or repository
Confidentiality: I do not publish the production interface, company records, client information or scheduling data.
